How we can help you

This pathway has been developed to aid and support people who might be fighting their way through challenging times. Utilising knowledge gained from well renowned Psychologists, Counsellors and through lived experience, the LMLY support pathway provides resources, information and a specialist referral network for people to access when they require more assistance.

Remember: everyone experiences challenging periods and you are not alone. Take the first step in accepting something is wrong, acknowledge there is support for you and take action in finding the right pathway forward.

Working closely with the individual, the Support Pathway team will offer an opportunity for the individual to share their story. Utilising a case management approach to provide a range of strategies and resources to assist in finding the most effective pathway forward. This may include proven self-care strategies, in-patient programs, day education workshops or information about how to access specialist care.

The Support Pathway team understand that the first step reaching out is a difficult one so they take the time to make the journey as easy as possible. It takes a lot of courage to reach out and we are HERE to support you.
